The AGUP Phase 2 – CPF2 HSE Supervisor #4 is responsible for contributing to the implementation of the CPY H2SE Management System at the CPF2 site. The role ensures CPF2 remains a safe and healthy workplace for Company (CPY) and Contractor (CTR) personnel, ensures strict compliance to HSE requirements, supervises construction activities from an HSE perspective, and minimizes risks by developing mitigation plans. The supervisor actively participates in risk assessment, emergency preparedness, and incident investigation while fostering safety culture and maintaining high standards of ethics and confidentiality.

3. Experience Requirements

  • Total Experience Required: Minimum 10 to 15 years
  • Relevant Experience Required: 10 to 15 years of experience in the Oil & Gas Industry with similar large-scale Greenfield and brownfield projects
  • Industry-Specific Experience: Oil & Gas, particularly onshore plant construction methods involving safety risks and compliance with HSE standards

5. Responsibilities and Skills

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Contribute to the implementation of CPY H2SE Management System at CPF2 site.
    • Ensure CPF2 site is a safe and healthy workplace for CPY and CTR personnel.
    • Ensure strict compliance with HSE requirements, including Environmental/Biodiversity and Social Performance matters.
    • Supervise construction activities regarding HSE aspects, ensuring risks are identified and mitigated properly.
    • Participate in CTR’s JRAs (Job Risk Assessments) and ensure proper implementation.
    • Assist with risk assessment, operational safety analysis, and emergency preparedness reviews.
    • Act as an example of HSE best practices and enforce compliance rigorously.
    • Assist in chemical management, including audits, PPE support, MSDS management, and chemical report analysis.
    • Support CPF2 H2SE Superintendent in emergency drills, HSE audits, incident investigations, and reporting.
    • Foster the Project Safety Culture and promote HSE practices through training, advertising, and safety feedback initiatives.
    • Monitor day-to-day HSE guideline compliance and risk mitigation during construction activities.
    • Enforce strict confidentiality as per Project policies and adhere to CPF2 Site Camp rules.
    • Carry out additional duties or tasks as required by the position.
  • Technical & Domain Skills:

    • Thorough understanding of onshore O&G plant construction methods, including technical aspects and related safety risks.
    • Significant experience in risk assessment techniques (Hazop, Hazan, Fault Tree, What-if, etc.).
    • Good knowledge in safety & environmental matters, including TotalEnergies standards and industry practices.
    • Understanding Environmental, Social Performances, and Security requirements as critical project aspects.
    • Ability to assess worst-case scenarios, identify risks, and develop appropriate controls and mitigation measures.
